Product Range
Wire Types
Our company is engaged in the production of a selected choice of wire types
- from a choice of core and coating materials,
- in bare or coated finish,
- in various cross sections: round, rectangular, flat,
- as complete product or in job processing ,
- for applications in the fields of Electronics, Lighting Technology, Cable Technology and Musical Instruments.
Our production technologies include drawing, shaping, annealing, coating, straightening and knurling of wires, which are available in a choice of different packaging types.
Coating Technologies
Hot-Tin-Dipping
- Coated directly from molten tin.
- The formation of an instant inner intermetallic bond ensures totally firm adhesion.
- High whisker mitigation level - especially with pure tin.
- Non-porous, homogeneous coating, free from contamination or chemical residues.
- No outgassing with reheating.
- Excellent remelting performance.
- Highest abrasion resistance.
- In comparison to electroplated coatings quite high resisitivity against discolouration of the tin surface for high processing temperatures.
- Nearly concentric tin deposition for the top quality "FOV" process, the result of our own development in close dialogue over many years with leading Passive Component Manufacturers represents the optimum combination of the advantages of hot-tin-dipping technology with the concentricity hitherto only achievable by electroplating.

Standard Tinning Quality "FDV" in the range Ø 0,05 mm - 2,50 mm |
Electroplating
- Coating thickness can be controlled to tight tolerances (constant over the entire length of the wire).
- No thermal stress for temperature sensitive core materials.
- Various coating metals and combinations can be applied successively (e.g. barrier- and multiple layer configurations).
- Subsequent reflowing of tin layers from electroplating is possible.
