The patented AGXX technology used for the plating of ae-aqua products generates so-called free radicals as an active ingredient, which are currently still in the approval process of the European Biocidal Products Agency (ECHA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, corresponding products can already be used (in accordance with Article 93 BPR), provided that, among other things, the manufacturer is listed as a supplier in accordance with Article 95 BPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAE acquired a \u201cLetter of Access\u201d from the dossier holder Heraeus in November 2023, thus creating legal certainty for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ae-aqua products can now be used safely and without any problems not only today under the still valid Existing Substances Regulation, which ensures unrestricted marketability until authorization by the ECHA, but also in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
